Aria Safeguards
Aria drafts.
You decide.
An AI assistant is only useful in practice if you can check what it hands you. Aria is designed to show its work and say when it isn't sure.
Read about security- Flags any citation it can't verifyIf Aria can't verify a case or statute, it's instructed to say so and flag it for your review rather than present it as settled.
- Every AI draft is labeled"Drafted by Aria · review before relying on it" — a reminder that an attorney reviews everything before it's filed.
- Each flag names its ruleFiling checks compare your document with the court's rules in our database and cite the rule behind each flag, so you can confirm it against the official source.
- Firm workspaces are kept separateEach firm's documents are separated at the database level, with role-based access for attorneys, paralegals and firm admins.
Questions firms ask us
Is Aria giving legal advice?
No. Aria is a drafting and review assistant. The attorney stays responsible for every filing, and AI drafts are labeled for review.
Which courts are covered?
243 federal and state courts, including the federal district courts, the circuits and state appellate courts. See the full list on the court filing checks page.
How is this different from a general legal AI assistant?
General assistants answer questions. DraftAria is built around producing the filing itself — court formatting, rule checks, deadlines — with separate tools for attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants.
Does it work with our document management system?
A Microsoft Word add-in and iManage and NetDocuments integrations are in development. Design partners help decide what ships first.
